Concern General Motors would like to work with "Uzavtosanoat" in Uzbekistan to create a joint venture to produce cars Chevrolet, which will be sold exclusively in the local market. Production of these vehicles have a very full load capacity of the plant and produce up to 250,000 cars a year. In addition, the plans "Uzavtosanoat" also includes the deep localization of production. It should be noted that at present the plant in Asaka produce three models of Daewoo, the production of which, according to representatives of GM, would continue.
