GM will build a plant near St. Petersburg

On Monday, Economic Development, Government of St. Petersburg and General Motors has signed an agreement to build a car factory GM in St. Petersburg. According to German Gref, the company will begin construction in June of this year year, and the investment project by General Motors will be from 115 to 300 million dollars. It is assumed that the first time in St. Petersburg will be launched screwdriver assembly of a model Chevrolet. According to the newspaper "Vedomosti", it will be a crossover Chevrolet Captiva.
