Radial tires high "Kama-Euro" taken for a complete car "Chevrolet-Niva", «Hundai» Taganrog production, as well as several models of "AvtoVAZ". Negotiations on completing these tires cars collected at Russian factories in Moscow, Vsevolozhsk, Kaliningrad, and Izhevsk. Series production of "Kama-Euro" started on a new line of Italian technology «Pirelli» in July 2004. OJSC "Tatneft", which owns a controlling stake, "Nizhnekamskshina" invested in this line of 80 million dollars. This year Nizhnekamskshina plans to release more than 1 million of these tires. Full implementation of the project, which implies production of 2 million radial tires and commissioning of plant rubber mixing, is planned for early 2007. In parallel, the "Nizhnekamskshina" will be the reconstruction of existing production passenger car tires in order to increase their output from 5 to 10 million units per year.
