John Mylonas, who is currently the General Director of CJSC "GM-AvtoVAZ" has successfully managed a joint venture in Togliatti in June 2001 and has a comprehensive knowledge of the Russian automotive market. Under his leadership, less than two years JV team has created a new assembly plant, has launched two models and a net profit in its first full year of business. Russia is a global emerging market, and John Milonas play an important role in the expansion and further strengthen the position of GM in Russia. In his new role he will report to the Executive Director for Russia and CIS countries Warren Brown.
